• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You are responsible for all content posted through your connected accounts
• You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• You must not use the Service to post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes intellectual property
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected social media accounts

4. TikTok Integration

The Service integrates with TikTok via the TikTok Content Posting API. By connecting your TikTok account, you grant us permission to post video content on your behalf. We only post content that you generate or approve through the platform. You can disconnect at any time from your TikTok settings or through our platform.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you generate through the Service. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process and render your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or deceptive practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content will perform well on social media or that the Service will be uninterrupted. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

web4.directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your social media accounts.
